Spring River in Jasper County declared unusable

Carthage High School Stream Team Members (Kate Kennedy, Rebekah Davis, Briana Russo, Natalie Lingenfelter, Clint Wilkerson and Mark Buchheit) presented their findings to the Carthage Community, Wednesday, April 5, 2006.
